Viewing Certificate Details
This topic describes the procedure for viewing the details of a certificate.

After adding a certificate to the certificate store, you can view the details of the certifcate.

  1. On CUSP > My Applications, click (Security Administration). The Security Administration window appears and the Certificates tab is displayed by default. A table with the certificates is displayed inside the Trust Store tab.
  2. Double-click the certificate whose details you want to view. The following details of the certificate are displayed in the Certificate Details window:
    • The name of the certificate.
    • The validation status (this is retrieved asynchronously, because it involves a chain validation).
    • The certificate chain of the certificate as far as it is stored in the certificate store.
    • All attributes of the certificate in the Details panel.
    • The X509Data in the Details panel can be used to paste the certificate in the import dialog, or in a .cer file.
